We have received the official decision of the City of Vrbovsko on drone reforestation! Thank you for your trust — we are looking forward to planting together! 🌳💚

The Mayor of Vrbovsko has adopted a decision approving the reforestation of city-owned land by dispersing seed bombs from drones, carried out by Magic Forest d.o.o. (Project O2). The planting day is set for 21 September 2026, the International Day of Tree Planting.

The action will take place at several locations in the cadastral municipalities of Veliki Jadrč, Mali Jadrč and Osojnik, covering roughly 3.7 hectares of municipal pastures and meadows. The City of Vrbovsko Youth Council is also involved in the initiative.

Vrbovsko is another example of how more and more towns and municipalities recognise working with Project O2 as a concrete benefit for the community: fast, precise restoration of green areas, revival of neglected and hard-to-reach terrain, and a long-term contribution to biodiversity and climate resilience — all with minimal environmental impact thanks to drone seeding.
