SeedBombs vs. soil fungi: over 90% pumpkin germination on Austrian organic fields

How do you get seeds to sprout when the soil is full of fungi and pesticides are banned? That is exactly what Project O2 is testing with an Austrian organic pumpkin seed oil producer.
Soil fungi reduce pumpkin germination across more than 10,000 hectares of organic land, where pesticides may not be used. Producers therefore need a natural solution that protects the seed at its most vulnerable stage.
First test results with seeds in SeedBombs are promising: germination is above 90%. We are now waiting for the results of our latest test and will report as soon as they are in.
